About christmas and the after effects :D Weight, diets...-.-

So hey people,
its me Sandhia. Yes I m here :D. So....the last two weeks I spent in Austria, I went skiing with my family. I really like skiing, but ahh my muscles , I really aching. I definitely need to train more :D.
So there was the Christamstime, and of course I think most of the people love this time in the year. The christmas market, the atmosphere, love, the smell and specially the FOOD!!  It is so tasty the ginger bread, the christmas biscuits , the dinner in the evenings and and and....I confess I love all this stuff...Who doesn´t? BUT here comes our big BUT...The after effect is really terrible. We become lazy and eat all the really yummi things, and in january we stay in our bathroom and will be on our weighbridge , and then peng comes the shock! Yes hard to understand but there are 5kg more on the weighbridge. The first things which will flash into our minds, what did we ate and how much. Ohh my god, we did not recognized the whole time , how our weight had become more. But hey calm down , no worry. That are just some kgs, and if you really want to loose them you will be able to. So here some of my tipps (: !
In the morning I always eat different fruits with oatmeal and yogurt. The oatmeal saturate very good and the fruit also. Vitamins are good in the morning in order to survive the rest day: D.
Always drink a lot of water its healthy and will stop your hunger, thats the secret. You can also drink different kind of teas, but please no sugar ! So if you are really hungry dont eat any unhealthy stuff, try to eat some vegetables or fruits .Try to not eat anything after 7pm.  In the evening, you should take no carbohydrates. Eat vegetables or some less fat meat. And dont forget to drink water!! So if you want you can join a gym and visit it two or three times week, just as much as you are able to. Try to stay fit. So if you follow all those tipps, I promise you ,you will loose your weight fast. So be strong and start ((:. All the best and stay fit :D. 

 

Start again..?

So hey guys,i know i didnt blogged for a very long time. I m really sorry but the last months I was really busy with school and friends , then I also went for 1 month to India , so it was quite hard to take out some time. But I found out that I can also blog trough my smartphone, like i m doing it right now. So I will try to blog now reaguarly again. Promise but then please you also have to check out my blog daily, i also leave tweets on Twitter when i blogged about a new Topic... So J can tell what i did today. So today i went to the city , just for an coffee at starbucks . But typicall me it ended in shopping . So here is a picture of the things i bought i just love them... What to do on a saturday afternoon....

Hey guys, saturday i went for some shoppings in the city with a good friend,we talked gossiped and all that kind of stuff which girls do.We went to Starbucks all those normal things for us. But yes i became hungry as always, and i was just like from where can i get some healthy stuff right now? And yes my dear friend show me the perfect snack place.And yaa even the name sounds healthy,its name is "Salad Mixxer".Its a nice idea ,and it works like that: You can choose between a small or a big salad,and then you can choise different topics between vegetables and fruits,veg or non veg.After that you can choose a dressing.And one of the things which i like is,that there is written how much calorines everything has what you ear.You can also get cake and yoguhrts and sandwiches.But the salads are the main think. I really love to design my own salad,i can always try out new things,it is so yummiii .. So just check it out.... Have a nice day... ByeBye....<3.

I have sweet new news. After animals accompanied us on jewelry, clothes and shoes we have them now as cute bags. It does not matter whether as shark, owl, panda bear, bird, or many other they are super sweet. 
Those bags are not too small nor too large. You can cram your portmornee, cellphone, lip gloss, etc. quickly in one of those bags and then are you ready to got out...(:. Actually those bags remind me of my childhood....My grandma gave me a bag in bear form on my fifth birthday, but unfortunately I can not find it anymore. So I'll probably have to order me a new one (:..So maybe u like them too. Just have look at those cute bags,maybe u fall in love them like i did.

Love? Yes,No,Maybe...after while...

Love what is that actually..?
Love is everything suddenly floats by you and that dreams come true..?Everthing shines in a better light and yes even the wind changes it direction...and the world shines in the most beautiful colors, and even red suddenly looks really good...and you always have just one name on your lips....His/her name..? Is it like that...?

I think every situation is different. But one thing is always the same when you are really in love, you would do almost anything for each other. You meet him,you laugh with him ,you look into his eyes ,you hug him and yes maybe you fall in love with him....It can be like that. But then maybe there is a happy end,maybe he fall in  love with you ,too,than it is perfect ...you think all your dreams came true. But then there is this other really hurting situation,he dont loves you or already is in love with a other girl. And you re just hurted by him and want to cry,everybody react different.

I will tell you my story...It was a hot summer in india and there he was.He was perfect his smile and the little dimples on his cheeks. And how he looked at you. It was love by first sight. I saw him everyday in school,and then of my friend told him,that i want to be his friend. So next day i gave him my mobile number,and he called me in the afternoon.I was happy like every girl will be when the boy of her dreams call her. We talked the whole night,every night messaged each other the whole day. We passed smiles in the school.I tought it was perfect,i never loved a boy before like i loved him. Than he proposed me and we were n a realtionship....But after some time he became cold nd stopped talking to me. I just wanted to know what happened to him,but he didnt said anything or replied on my msgs. And than i came to know ,that he is in a realtion with a other girl..You cant imagine how much it hurted,i cried and screamed...I fought 6 months for him i tried so much out..but there was nothing from his side. And i learned something trough that. TRUE LOVE IS THE LOVE THAT YOU CAN NEVER GET...And yes it is damn true...Now i know i have to live my life my own way..and i have a family and friends who love me as i am..Of course it will always hurt when you will loose your love..But life goes on,and there is a lot to enjoy. I found now someone who loves and cares for me and we both are happy together..(:

New dresses and Cradigan...(;

Sorry that i stoped blogging for 1 week,but now i m back with new news. I had a lot of things to do,but from now i ll blog reguarly every day again. So friday i went shopping with my mum,and yes i found some things.
I would have thought that I buy more, but I have somehow not found much of what I liked. So I bought two dresses at H & M, and at United Colors of Benetton a Cardigan.On of the dresses is black and little brids are printed on it,i think its very cute,the other one is blue white striped,its a simple dress,the back is longer than the front.The black dress i will wear with the red cardigan,and as accessories i will wear some gold bracelets and a simple Swarovski chain.The blue-white dress i will wear at the beach (:.
