So hey people,
its me Sandhia. Yes I m here :D. So....the last two weeks I spent in Austria, I went skiing with my family. I really like skiing, but ahh my muscles , I really aching. I definitely need to train more :D.
So there was the Christamstime, and of course I think most of the people love this time in the year. The christmas market, the atmosphere, love, the smell and specially the FOOD!! It is so tasty the ginger bread, the christmas biscuits , the dinner in the evenings and and and....I confess I love all this stuff...Who doesn´t? BUT here comes our big BUT...The after effect is really terrible. We become lazy and eat all the really yummi things, and in january we stay in our bathroom and will be on our weighbridge , and then peng comes the shock! Yes hard to understand but there are 5kg more on the weighbridge. The first things which will flash into our minds, what did we ate and how much. Ohh my god, we did not recognized the whole time , how our weight had become more. But hey calm down , no worry. That are just some kgs, and if you really want to loose them you will be able to. So here some of my tipps (: !
In the morning I always eat different fruits with oatmeal and yogurt. The oatmeal saturate very good and the fruit also. Vitamins are good in the morning in order to survive the rest day: D.
Always drink a lot of water its healthy and will stop your hunger, thats the secret. You can also drink different kind of teas, but please no sugar ! So if you are really hungry dont eat any unhealthy stuff, try to eat some vegetables or fruits .Try to not eat anything after 7pm. In the evening, you should take no carbohydrates. Eat vegetables or some less fat meat. And dont forget to drink water!! So if you want you can join a gym and visit it two or three times week, just as much as you are able to. Try to stay fit. So if you follow all those tipps, I promise you ,you will loose your weight fast. So be strong and start ((:. All the best and stay fit :D.
